The Basics

★ One Digimon per one tamer

★ Fanmon may be mixed with Digimon canon lines

★ Digimon lines may be mixed and matched with other lines to suit whatever the member would enjoy (this includes with Appmon)
★ Tamers can meet their Digimon at any stage.
If your tamer becomes partner to a Digimon that is an already established level, they will usually revert back to a fresh form once the connection has been formed. This can either happen instantly or require certain conditions to be met first (For example: human needs to be at least 12, and while some partners seem to be destined for each other, others seem to require a deeper relationship first).
As you and your partner Digimon bond, they will fluidly be able to Digivolve to their in-training forms, then onto rookie. Any form past rookie will then be earned through Digivolution by gaining experience.

★ Digimon are allowed to maintain up to a mega form while in the city if the space is big enough to accommodate their size. However they are not allowed to use their powers unless there is an emergency that requires them. Generally those that have very large forms that cannot fit will stick to their rookie forms in day to day activity.

★ Recolors of canon Digimon with the same attribute/elements are allowed. However, if they have a different attribute (Ex. turning a normal Data type Digimon to a Virus type) or attacks based on a completely different element, they will need to be made a subspecies with a separate name

OP List

★ There are a few Digimon that have overpowered attacks and abilities; this particular list is not complete, and more may be added in the future)

Algomon (mega)
Apocalymon
Arkadimon (all forms)
Armageddemon
Bagramon
Mastemon
Ordinemon
Rasielmon
Titamon
Millenniummon
Chronomon (Dark/Light mode)
This includes all variants

★ These Digimon are not banned from being use, but are specific examples of Digimon that will need to have their overpowered attacks either:
A. Nerfed, if it is feasible to do so or-
B. Be replaced by a new attack that falls within the power level of the stage the Digimon is at. All attacks that are made must still be approved by admin before they will be allowed.

★ As a final note, forms Digimon take when an armor egg is used on them may be used as a Champion form. Vise versa, normal forms taken as Champions may be used in their place when an armor form is used.
(Ex. An Angemon may be used for the Digi-egg of hope in place of a Pegasusmon; or a Pegasusmon may be used for the standard Champion form of Patamon)

Appmon

★ These must be treated as if they were regular Digimon, this includes being of the same power level as their normal counterpart. (Standard = Rookie, and so on.) You may either design your own Fresh/ In-Training levels for canon Appmon, or use pre-existing canon Digimon.

X-Antibody
★ Digimon may use their x-antibody forms. However, these are strictly for cosmetic purposes. There may be future traits that come along for X-antibody traits, but as of this current moment they must still follow the rules and be treated like any other standard Digimon.
